Obiaruku: The members of the TEAM SMART for Okowa has been tasked to ensure that the Delta State mantra on “Prosperity for All Deltans, succeeds.
This charge was giving by the Patron of the body in Ukwuani, Hon Ochor Chris Ochor, the Executive Director Social Services Development, on the Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, during inauguration of the group in Ukwuani Local Government of the state.
Hon Ochor, who was represented by Mr Ken Nwaomucha, tasked the group to be focused in carrying out their activities, and for the success of the government of Dr Okowa. 
He called on the members to anchor their programs on the SMART AGENDA of the state government and ensure that the group in Ukwuani brings the dividend of prosperity to the people of the area.
According to him, “You have to be focussed and positive so that government slogan of prosperity for all Deltans gets to the people of Ukwuani”. He said.
In his address the state Director of the group, Mr Sunny Orishedere said that the group is out to mobilise the entire Deltans to support the economic agenda of the Okowa’s administration in order for him to achieve his promise of prosperity for all Deltans.
Orishedere pointed out that Okowa is a symbol of Prosperity and that TEAM SMART was formed to ensure that government get to the grassroots and urged the EXCO to mobilise support for the governor as well as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Earlier in his welcome speech, the LGA Coordinator, Mr Emefienem Nwaiku, tasked the people of Ukwuani to embrace the prosperity crusade of governor Okowa, by taking part in all that bring development to the people.
