Odo-Okun Secondary School Holds Maiden Inter-House Sports Competition In Style

WARRI/Nigeria: Odo-Okun Secondary School in Obaghoro Community, Warri North Local Government Area, has held its maiden edition of inter-house house sports competition.

The school which was built and approved by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa-led administration not too long ago, has continued to enjoy the support of Honourable Godwin Ebosa, who was visibly present at the event to support the staff and students.

The event, which was very colourful, had the students from the various school houses displaying their dexterity in the various games and activities to the admiration of the guests.

Blue House scored more points, thus emerging as the overall winner of the competition.

The Patron of Blue House, Honourable Fred Martins, congratulated the students on their victory, and lauded the efforts of Hon. Ebosa towards the development of the school since inception.

Awards of excellence were presented to some staff of the school by Hon. Ebosa for their contributions towards community service.

Those who graced the event include former Warri North Local Government Council Chairman, Chief Francis Maku, and other serving councillors of the council.
