ASABA/Nigeria: In a commendation laden with accolades, Dr. Wilfred Latimore Oghenesivbe, the Executive Assistant on Communications to Delta State Governor and Chief Executive Officer of Delta State Orientation Bureau, DSOB, has hailed Kingsley Esiso Esq, Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state. Oghenesivbe’s praises were delivered in a goodwill message to Esiso on the occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary celebration on Sunday.
