ASABA/Nigeria: Olorogun Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq, has expressed his confidence in the Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon (Elder) Francis Oborevwori, and assures that the governor appreciates the mandate given to him by the people of the state.
Oghenesivbe emphasizes that it is too early to criticize Governor Oborevwori, as he has only been in office for two weeks and has yet to constitute his cabinet.
He urges stakeholders and the public to be patient and supportive of the governor’s leadership style, as Oborevwori has the willpower and courage to fulfill his election promises and lead the state without any wrongdoing.
He further calls for partnerships between wealthy individuals, multinational oil companies, and private sector operators to fund youth vocational training, skills acquisition, and empowerment programs. He believes that these initiatives will promote job and wealth creation, attract local and foreign investors, and contribute to the overall prosperity of the state. Oghenesivbe also suggests introducing investor-friendly reforms, such as attractive incentives, tax holidays, and a transparent one-stop secretariat to simplify bureaucratic processes for investors.
