WARRI/Nigeria: Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Tuesday congratulated, HRM Emmanuel Sideso (JP), OON, Abe I, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom
The Governor who personally joined the respected King on Tuesday December 19, 2017 at Uvwie to cut his birthday cake, lauded his roles in entrenching peace in Uvwie Kingdom.
The Governor noted that His Majesty’s ascension to the throne of the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom has brought lasting peace to the once troubled kingdom.
“Uvwie Kingdom is obviously not what we used to hear some years ago since His Royal Majesty ascended the throne.
His Majesty has been working hard with his Council of Chiefs and the youths to maintain peace in the kingdom and i have no doubt that Uvwie will be structured and positioned to be the most commercial nerve centre of Delta State.”
The Governor who was happy with the level of development in Uvwie as a result of peace in the area continued, “Abe I, has continued to work for peace and development of Uvwie. On behalf of the government and people of Delta State, I warmly felicitate with HRM Emmanuel Sideso (JP), OON, Abe I, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom on his birthday today Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
The Governor joins the people of Uvwie Kingdom in celebrating His Royal Majesty with good health, wisdom and strength to continue reign in Uvwie Kingdom.
“We pray that the Almighty God will continue to give you good health and wisdom to pilot the traditional affairs of your kingdom and offer valuable contributions to the development of our dear Delta State,” the Governor said.
