ASABA/Nigeria: Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Friday congratulated Senator Representing Delta North Senatorial District, Senator Peter Nwaoboshi as he turns 61 years today Friday June 29, 2018.
Okowa in a statement issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Charles Aniagwu, described the Chairman Senate Committee on Niger Delta Affairs as an illustrious son and a good ambassador of the Anioma Nation, whose contributions to the 8th Senate remains incontrovertible.
The Governor noted that he is not surprised with the successes recorded by Senator Nwaoboshi because he had served the state meritoriously in several capacities and also distinguished himself when he was Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Delta State.
“On behalf of the government and people of Delta State, I congratulate you, Distinguished Senator (Chief) Peter Onyelukachukwu Nwaoboshi on the occasion of your 61st birthday today June 29, 2018.”
“I join your family, friends and well-wishers to thank Almighty God for your life and to pray that He continues to bless you with robust health and imbue you with His continued guidance, protection, and enduring provision for the service of the people of Anioma nation, Delta State and Nigeria in general.”
The Governor wished Senator Nwaoboshi “a very well deserved 61st birthday”.
