The Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Friday Ossai Osenebi had called on the people of Ibrede to continue their supports for the Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa.
The Deputy Speaker stated this on Sunday, when he was speaking to members of St. Luke’s Anglican Church, Ibrede, Ndokwa East LGA, Delta State.
While thanking God for the lives of the people of Ibrede, he urged them to continue their support for the Governor by always praying for him and his government.
“Prayers must be said always for us in government so that God will continue to give us the wisdom to represent and lead well”. He stated.
Rt. Hon Osanebi also called on the people of Ibrede, especially the youths to be closer to God, as he is the only source of true joy and peace, as he is prepared to help the people of Ndokwa East to eradicate poverty from the LGA.
The Deputy speaker who of recent had decided to be visiting and worshiping in different churches in area, used the occasion to announce the empowerment of some women to improve on their personal finances by involving on some trades, with a total sum of N2.5M.
