ASABA/Nigeria: The Ndokwa Representative in the National Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Rev.) Ossai Nicholas Ossai Ph.D, Chairman, House Committee on Treaties, Protocols and Agreements, has congratulated the Delta North born Major-General Leo Irabor on his elevation to the exalted position of Chief of Defence Staff, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR.
Reacting to the appointment, Hon Ossai stated that the appointment is timely, and believe in his professional competence and expertise to bring those terrorizing the country’s territorial sovereignty.
