UGHELLI/Nigeria: In preparation for a hitch free 2019 general elections, the Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom, in Delta State, HRM, Dr Wilson Oharisi III JP, has organized prayer session for peace and protection of lives and properties during the election.
The prayer session which was held at the Palace of the Ovie was led by Bishop Kingsley Enakirerhe and Apostle David Richard, featured prayer for the election to be free and fair.
The Ovie said that the destruction of lives and properties before, during and after election was inimical to democratic development and urged anyone with such evil intentions to desist from it.
In an exhortation titled, “Make Use of Your Opportunity”, Bishop Kinsley Enakirerhe charged Christians and church leaders to seize every opportunity to promote and protect God’s interest as shown by Jesus Christ.
Quoting John chaper 9, verse 4, Bishop Enakirerhi advised Christians to always be involved in God’s Kingdom business such as prayer, to lift the land from the shackles of the devil, even as he urged Christians to vote wisely and change every leadership of affliction through their PVC.
