ASABA/Nigeria: Mr. Ramsey Richard Edigbue, a prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and a noted philanthropist, has praised Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori’s leadership as he marks his first year as Governor of Delta State.
