ASABA/Warri: The People Democratic Party (PDP) has welcomed the Lawmaker representing Warri South 1 constituency, Hon. Princess Shola Ogbemi Daibo into their fold. This was done by the majority leader of the House, Hon. Tim Owhefere who welcomed her on behalf of the PDP members in the House. The honorable was formally with the Accord Party and made her intentions known to the Delta State House of Assembly through a Letter read by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborervwori.
According to her letter, she assured the ruling party of her dedicated loyalty and commitment to the leadership of the house and total service to her constituents.
It will be recalled that Hon. Daibo was elected to the House under the Accord Party on April 26TH 2017 as replacement for the late Omawumi Udoh who was until her demise, the member representing Warri South 1 constituency and this switch brings the number of the PDP in the house to 28 with just one opposition party member, Hon Ofobruku Efe of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) representing Uvwie State constituency.
