Senator Ifeanyi Okowa
ASABA/Nigeria: Engr. Philip Chukwumah Ugbomah has felicitated with the Delta State Governor Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as he celebrates his 61 years birthday today, July 8, 2020.
In a message to the Governor, Philip Chukwumah Ugbomah, who is the Managing Director/CEO of CPU Construction LLT Nigeria Limited, and Chairman of CPU Foundation, congratulated stating that he had brought his years of experience to bear in the administration of the state.
He pointed out that the governor had been proactive in many of his actions since taken the mantleship of governing the state, and this can only come from someone who had over the years built the capacity for good leadership.
He prayed that God should continue to guild and give him wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state to achieve that dream position, where Delta Will be rated the best in the country, especially in the area of infrastructure development, human capital development and high rate of employment opportunity for the people of the state.
