Philip Ugbomah Praises Okowa at 60

ASABA/Nigeria: A Civil and Structural Engineer ,former House of Assembly Aspirant for the Ndokwa East Constituency Seat, Engr Philips Ugbomah Chukwumah has applauded the Governor of the State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa At 60.

Engr Philips Ugbomah in a congratulatory message at Asaba described Governor Okowa as A light to Deltans.

“Your Excellency, You are a light to us, we are proud of your administration and your tremendous achievements across the State.

Your SMART Agenda over the years has been useful regarding the transformation of Delta State.

While other governors where distracted due to the recession which affected our country, you were able to manage the State resources and today, Deltans are overwhelmed.

“On behalf of my family, my political followers, the youths of Delta I congratulate you sir at the occasion of your 60 birthday

“I join your family, friends and well-wishers to thank Almighty God for your life and to pray that He continues to bless you with robust health and imbue you with His continued guidance, protection, and enduring provision.”
