KADUNA/Nigeria: The postponement of the Presidential polls from February 16 to 23 is not going to stop the defeat of President Muhammad Buhari on the new date, but has only shifted judgment day for him and Hus party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
SA Youth & Support Groups to HE Atiku Abubakar, GCON, Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas, expressed this in a statement he personally signed and made available on Saturday.
“INEC has once again proved to be unreliable and unrepentant. It took them 4 years to come to this charade and Nigerians are not fooled by this late night foolery.
“But we are undeterred and will remain focused and peaceful knowing that postponing the election is simply postponing Buhari’s exit which will ultimately come. No army in the world can stop an event whose time has come,” he said.
He further appealed for calm and support of Nigerians on ensuring their massive support doesn’t wane on the new date.
“On behalf of His Excellency Atiku Abubakar GCON, our flagbearer and father of the nation, I wish to thank all Nigerian youths and our teeming support groups nationwide for your continued enthusiastic support and dedication,” he said.
Ambassador Abbas said that Atiku Abubakar has the momemtum and Nigerians are ready to breath a new lease of life . I urge you to be ready to cast your ballot next week and let’s send Buhari back to Daura.
