WARRI/Nigeria: An Isoko born real estate expert, Sir Blessing Obomovo, has asserted that housing deficit was a major challenge in Warri and its environs.
Obomovo, who is the MD / CEO of Standout Properties Limited, made the assertion in a media interaction with newsmen shortly after the launch of Bryan’s Court Estate at Okoriwhe near Osubi in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State.
He explained that the project was established to solve the problem of housing deficit in Warri and its environs, saying that the real estate management firm had successfully built such estates in Lekki and other areas of Lagos State with the aim of solving the problem of housing deficit in the state.
“We therefore decided to do same in Warri and its environs. After all, charity, they say, begins at home, “he added.
Obomovo described the Bryan’s Court Estate as an affordable luxury in housing and a mini community that would be backed with 24 hour full service in terms of security and power generation.
“More so, it is just five minutes’ drive to Osubi” he added.
obomovo disclosed that the Bryan ‘ s Court Estate had all kinds of apartments and that payment could be made in installments for each apartment after the payment of an initial deposit of money.
“In the next one year, we shall turn this area to a paradise of real estate management,” he assured.
Obomovo therefore urged Deltans, particularly the people in Warri and its environs to invest in the project to solve the problem of housing deficit in the area.
The event was witnessed by distinguished personalities from far and near, including traditional rulers, politicians and captains of industries, among others.
