It is with joy that I want to first of all thank Jehovah the Almighty God and His beloved Son Jesus Christ, before thanking President Mohammadu Buhari and his team of Security personnel as well as other well meaning Nigerians that have in one way or the other contributed to this achievement. The achievement has indeed renewed the hope of Nigerians in their firm belief in democracy, that with focused leaders in place, Nigeria will in no distance time be moved from a third world Nation and be rightly placed among the committee of Nations, and that there are political solutions to every issues bedeviling us as a people.”

The National Government should on their part be seen to be open to genuine negotiation putting into consideration the consequences of their actions to the region. Political solution is always the best option to resolving contending issues in a democratic dispensation; this is why the National Government should immediately withdraw the military from the region and still keep open the options of dialogue.”

Government will not rest until this is done.” Obi added.
