ASABA/Nigeria: In a move aimed at elevating the discourse on fiscal policy and taxation, the Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has selected Dr. Doris Amaka Ochei as the distinguished Guest Speaker for their upcoming fourth convention and lecture series, scheduled for November 22, 2023, at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Asaba.
The decision to feature Dr. Ochei in this prestigious role was made after extensive consultations and a comprehensive review of her illustrious career and qualifications in relation to the event’s theme, which is aptly titled, “Physical Policy And Taxation: Balancing Revenue Generation And Economic Growth.”
The News Publishers, who are the driving force behind DOPF, underlined the meticulous nature of their selection process, stating, “Our decision was based on her vast experience and certifications in Accounting, Taxation, Management, Fiscal Policy, Forensic Accounting, and Audit, as well as our understanding of her as an Economist of repute.”

Dr. Ochei, who is also the Founder and CEO of the Doris Amaka Ochei Foundation, boasts an impressive academic background. She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Public Policy, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Forensic Accounting. Additionally, she is a Fellow in Accounting and a chartered Taxation practitioner, underscoring her proficiency in the subject matter.
