ASABA/Nigeria: In a resounding show of support and admiration, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Delta State Caucus passed a vote of implicit confidence in Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on Thursday, February 29, 2024. The caucus commended the Governor for the outstanding pace of work his administration has achieved since assuming office.
In a motion initiated by Prince Ned Nwoko, Delta North Senator, and seconded by Senator Stella Omu, a member of the PDP Board of Trustees and former Senator representing Delta South Senatorial zone, the caucus unanimously endorsed the commendation.
The gathering, chaired by Olorogun, Barr. Kingsley Esiso, State Chairman of PDP, saw the presence of distinguished figures including former Governors Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, as well as former Deputy Governor Sir Benjamin Elue, alongside State Executive Working Committee members and both former and serving members of the State and National Assemblies.
Expressing their unwavering satisfaction with Governor Oborevwori’s performance, the caucus urged him to persist in his efforts to fulfill the M.O.R.E Agenda, resonating with the aspirations of the people of Delta State.
