Senate: Ned Nwoko Campaign Organization Accuses Delta North PDP Chairman of Bias

ASABA/Nigeria: The Prince Ned Nwoko Campaign Organization has in a Press Conference called on Friday 23rd March, 2018, accused the Delta North PDP Chairman, Chief Moses Iduh of bias, adding that his meddlesomeness in issues that contradict the roles he should be playing as an umpire in the party is becoming a thing of concern.

Briefing Press men in Asaba, the Chairman of the Campaign Organization and former Oshimili North Council Chairman, Blessed Hon. Emeka Nmadu, said that the essence of the Press Briefing was to draw the attention of party faithful and stakeholders to the sinister roles Iduh was playing as PDP Chairman, Delta North, when he was supposed to be seen to be above board as an umpire.

According to Emeka Nmadu, “We as bonafide members of the PDP have questioned the roles played by the Chairman of Delta North PDP, Hon. Moses Iduh, who appears to be overtly biased in the discharge of his duty. Accepted laws of propriety, decency and equity demand that an umpire must be guided by neutrality and dispassionate objectivity in the performance of assigned roles”.

The Chairman, perhaps maintaining that the meeting as summoned in Senator Peter Nwaoboshi’s house was claimed to be at the instance of Izu Anioma to rally support for Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s second term in office; he however, averred that Prince Ned Nwoko is totally in support of the Anioma leadership and progressive agenda given his long standing passion in safeguarding the dignity and destiny of Anioma land.

Meanwhile, the Organization also came out clear, bold and loud in saying that Prince Ned Nwoko has continued to support the re-election bid of Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa as Governor in 2019, and that he would continue to inspire and mobilize his well meaning constituents and followers across Delta State for this agenda.

The Chairman added that Ned Nwoko has been in the forefront of a Delta State Governor of an Anioma extraction, positing that he would remain in PDP as a founding member to energize the consolidation of the Prosperity Vision of Senator Okowa in second term and would not do anything to undermine that collective agenda.

Those leaders of the Organization with the Chairman during the briefing included; Prince Dr. Michael Nwoko, Hon. Jaunty Okwudi, Ogbuefi Nnamdi Mohanye, Hon. Monday Ossai and other leaders and coordinators across the local government areas that are too numerous to mention.
