ABUJA/Nigeria: Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya, former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and Delta State Representative on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), as he marks his birthday.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Senator Dafinone extolled Igbuya’s remarkable contributions to governance and development, describing him as a patriotic son of Delta State, a seasoned grassroots mobiliser, and a consistent advocate for progress in the Niger Delta.
According to the Senator, Igbuya’s distinguished record in legislative service and his continued efforts in driving infrastructural and human capital development through the NDDC remain commendable. “As a representative of Delta State in the NDDC, he has continued to bring his dedication and vision to bear in advancing the aspirations of our people,” Dafinone said.
He prayed for God’s blessings upon Igbuya, wishing him good health, wisdom, and renewed strength to sustain his service to Delta State, the Niger Delta, and Nigeria.
