ABUJA/Nigeria: Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has extended warm birthday wishes to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
