The Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Professor Sylvester Monye has called on the Ndokwa people to send their best brains and voices to the National Conference when the time comes. The special Adviser was speaking at Uwa–Abbi during a courtesy call on Chief Ogbodoku Anigala, the Chairman PDP Delta North.
