EFFURUN/Nigeria: Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, Senior Special Assistant on Community Development to the Governor of Delta State, has lauded the appointment of Hon. Ramsey Onoyake, former Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Council, as a Special Adviser to the Governor. He described the appointment as a testament to Hon. Onoyake’s unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), highlighting his extensive experience and significant contributions to public service and party affairs.
Emphasizing the importance of Hon.
