ASABA/Nigeria: Jesus Saves and adjoining roads leading to Standard Life Road Junction, and Konwea Plaza Road Junction, all in Asaba will be closed for two weeks to vehicular movements. The closure of the roads is to enable the contractor handling the Storm Water Control Measure to link the drains along Agric and Lion House sections to the FMC side of the road.
According to a statement signed by the State Director of Information, Mr Paul Osahor, general public, commuters and motorists are advised to take alternative routes like Direct Labour Agency (DLA) Road, Vitalis Okakwu Road, Dan Ngozi-Iyio Road and Amb Leo Okogwu Road to get to their destinations.
The statement added that the Delta State Government regrets all inconveniences the closure of the road may cause to road users and residents of Asaba.
