It would be recalled that Adandiigbo cultural pageant changed the cultural etiquette applied by Nigerian pageants by going ethnocultural with the introduction of local Igbo nationality content genre to a spectacular and welcoming applause sometime in 2005
The event has created a new industry as well as a new direction in the way the Igbo culture is appreciated amongst Igbo maidens
Speaking at the Press briefing, Friday, the Founding Chairman Mazi MacRobinson Onyechere Anele called on Igbo’s wherever they are to tow the path of peace and ensure the Igbo do not deviate from the values and virtues for which they are known worldwide ,he further brought a message of peace from the Grand Patron of the adandiigbo cultural pageant Barr Debe Odumegwu Ojukwu.
Igboland would be presented to the world through the 14th season of the Adandiigbo cultural pageant (most beautiful Igbo girl) holding in owerri all seasons hotel new owerri come December 2018
