The road leading to Amai for some time has witnessed severe cases of accident; mostly caused by the sharp bends and bad spots along the road. To reduce the incidents on the road, two sons of Amai, Sir Dele Omenogor and Mr. Anthony Eleh recently pulled their resources together to clear the over growing bushes along the road, especially those at sharp bands.
Speaking to Ndokwa Reporters, at different time, the two contributors said that their motivation was to see the uplift of the Amai kingdom and help reduce the accident on the road. According to Mr Eleh, who the crew of Ndokwa Reporters met at the site of work, said they also have the plan of opening up the streets to make it more motorable.
Also, speaking on the road project, Hon. Gilbert Ajede, who was in charge of the work, praised the two men for coming to the aid of the town and the entire people of Ukwuani local government Area.
