UGHELLI/Nigeria: The U3 Forum, a formidable political pressure group representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu Federal Constituency, has thrown its full support behind key leaders ahead of the 2027 elections.
At a pivotal meeting held at Chief John Oguma’s Ovwor residence, the forum reaffirmed its allegiance to the APC, endorsing President Bola Tinubu, Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Senator Ede Dafinone, and Hon. Francis Waive.
Chief Oguma, Chairman of the forum, expressed unwavering support, declaring, “We must return Tinubu back to the Villa. That one is sealed.” He praised Governor Oborevwori, highlighting his historic unity efforts recognized by the 24 Urhobo kings. Regarding Senator Dafinone, Oguma underscored the continuity of legacy and development, emphasizing the senator’s pivotal role in advancing Urhobo Land.
Hon. Waive received accolades for transformative projects, including the establishment of a Federal Medical Centre and educational institutions, marking a significant shift in local representation.
Senator Dafinone echoed the forum’s unity and purpose, emphasizing the consolidation of political forces under the APC in Delta State. He commended Governor Oborevwori for visionary leadership, noting enhanced governance and structure within the party.
