ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Commissioner for Information, Ogbueshi Patrick Ukah, will on Thursday, December 27, 2018 be conferred with the chieftaincy title of The Enyi 1 of Okpanam Kingdom by the Ugoani of Okpanam, His Royal Majesty, Mbanefo Michael Ogbolu.
The conferment ceremony will take place at the palace of the Ugoani by 11am, while reception of guests will follow immediately at the residence of the Commissioner in Okpanam.
The State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, will be the Special Guest of Honour, while the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District in the National Assembly and the Ide of Okpanam, Barr. Peter Nwaoboshi, is expected to be the Guest of Honour.
