A group in Ukwuani Local Govt area under the name ” Oyibode Vanguard” has endorsed Hon(Amb) Gabriel Oyibode to vie for the Delta State governorship election come 2015.
The group described Ambassador Oyibode as a worthy Deltan from Ukwuani local govt area in Delta North whose political intentions will enthrone good governance and bring more dividends of democracy to the state.
Comrade Ogashi Chinedu the group’s co-ordinator called on Deltans to support Oyibode’s vision for the state adding that he is equal to the task of governing the state as well as representing the different ethnic nationalities in the state.
The group has therefore urged Oyibode to intensify his ambition of becoming Delta State governor because he has the support of the Ukwuani people and that of Deltans in general.
“Hon (Amb) Oyibode is second to none when you really want a servant-leader; a seasoned administrator; philantropist and politician”, the group said.
