The Transition chairman, Ukwuani LGC, Hon Ochor C. Ochor has welcomed new entrants into the PDP in the area just as he urged them to be committed to the party while calling on interested members in the area; including members of the opposition who want to join the party to come adding that there is enough space to accommodate them.
Speaking further, the Transition Chairman said the PDP is a family party, which is working to see to the development of the nation. He therefore urged members of the public to join the party to contribute towards proper national development.
While declaring for the party, the new entrants to the PDP stated that they were impressed with the administration of the party at all level of government in the country and so want to be part of the party to contribute their quota in nation building.
Those who were welcomed into the party are chief Moses Opiti (DSP), RTD, Engr Chukwutem Ochonogor and Engr Chukwuka Celestine Ogwu all from ward 2 Akoku.
Those present at the declaration were the LGA PDP Chairman, Deacon Moses Ossai (JP) and other party faithful’s in the local government
