ASABA/Nigeria: The Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon Ochor Christopher Ochor has described the former Acting Governor, and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, His Excellency, Rt. Hon Prince Sam Obi as a leader who was always there for him, and many others who had come in contact with him.
According to him as a leader extra ordinary, who is always there to guide him through legislative activities in the state, and other state matters.
He stated that though death is inevitable, his passing onto the world beyond is painful, but it have to be taken with consolation.
He condoled with the family, members of the State House of Assembly, and the state.
“Rt Hon Prince Sam Obi, was my Leader, my special one who always find time to call me, even when I have not called, to advice and guilds me on legislative matters.”
“I miss him, I will continue to miss him, one of our discussion is always on the betterment of Delta North.”
“I wish him Safe Journey, I know one of these day, we will meet to part no more.”
“I condole with the family, the State House of Assembly, and the people of Delta State.”

The event was attended by former Speakers and of the Delta State House of Assembly, family and friends, who gave testimony of their encounter with the late Former Speaker, and Acting Governor of Delta State.
