Deacon Moses Emeke Osemeke who described himself as a grass root politician had entered the race to the Ukwuani Local Government chairmanship position. In a brief chat with Ndokwa reporters, he promised proper development in the LGA if he and his party are voted into office in the forth coming LGA election and 2015 general election.
Giving the background on the lack of development in Ukwuani LGA, he said the previous elections had being that of the opposition occupying the seat of chairmanship, which did not bring any visible development to the area. He said to avoid this continuous deprivation; the people need to think before voting. He said if PDP is voted in; there will be rapid change in Ukwuani.
The fire brand politician traced his political days to the time of UPN, NPN. He said that with his experience he will look for means to empower the youths and women through the establishment of training centers. He decried the attitude of use and dump by the politicians in the area, that this attitude had breaded a lot of ill feelings and these wounds need to be healed.
