Okowa Salutes Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose @ 57

ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, has congratulated his Ekiti State counterpart and Chairman of PDP Governors Forum, Mr Ayo Fayose, as he turns 57 years on Wednesday, November 15.
Okowa in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Charles Aniagwu, extolled the enigmatic political prowess and vibrancy of the Ekiti State Governor, describing him as an outspoken, astute administrator and enthusiastic leader of irreproachable disposition.
While noting the sterling and legendary contributions of Governor Fayose to the political development of Ekiti State and Nigeria, the Governor added that Fayose’s political philosophy of identifying with the masses and downtrodden has endeared him to the people of Ekiti and beyond and will remain a subject of research by contemporary political watchers.
The Governor paid glowing tribute to Fayose for being a notable voice in the opposition in the country.
Okowa said: “On behalf of the government and people of Delta State, I felicitate with a leader par excellence, His Excellency, Governor Ayodele Fayose, on the occasion of his 57th birthday.
“Nigerians cannot forget in a hurry how you laboured to provide leadership as a leading voice of the opposition even as your legacies still dot the nooks and crannies of Ekiti state.

“It is our prayer that God will continue to protect you and grant you good health to render more services to mankind.” He said
