Pharm Paul Osogbe Enebeli, policy formulator and community leader in his own part of the country, Ndokwa, in Delta State.

Pharm Paul Osogbe Enebeli, Born 2nd of April 1953, in Kaduna in northern Nigerian, a graduate of Pharm of University of Benin, has held many position in private and public sectors, all for the common good of the average Nigerian, and presently a member of the Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council, since 2015.
A political leader in the state, he was a member of the National Conference, in 2014, representing south-South zone of Nigeria.
