ASABA/Nigeria: The Director General of the Delta State Bureau for Communications and Orientation, Dr. (Barrister) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has applauded Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his patriotism, selfless service, and transformational leadership, describing him as a symbol of unity and progress in Delta State.
In a birthday message to mark the Governor’s 62nd anniversary on Thursday, Oghenesivbe praised Oborevwori’s pragmatic leadership style, noting that it continues to drive rapid socio-economic growth and unprecedented infrastructure development across the state.
