LAGOS/Nigeria: Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) National President, Emeka Rollas has disassociated self from reports about Mr. Ibu battling stroke.

“Why should anybody attribute Mr. Ibu down with stroke to me? Am I a family member of the comedian? That I am National President of Actors Guild of Nigeria, does it make me a personal doctor to any actors? I woke up this morning to read on different platforms that Mr. Ibu is down with stroke!

How? And someone is writing I confirmed with him. I have not seen Mr. Ibu for some time now because of his busy schedule but we speak on phone regularly. We even spoke last week Even if he is sick am I the first person to know when he has a family. Please people should mind their business and leave Actors alone” he said.

Reporters had it that the popular comic actor was hit by a mysterious stroke shortly after he returned from his recent trip to Owerri and Rollas was quoted as saying “I am aware that Mr. Ibu is truly down with stroke, but he is fast recovering and need more of our prayers right now.”
