ASABA/Nigeria: The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has paid glowing tribute to business executive and philanthropist, Mathew Tonlagha, on the occasion of his 50th birthday, describing him as a shining light and a pride of the Ijaw nation.
