ABUJA/Nigeria: Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has paid glowing tribute to former Minister of Information and renowned political scientist, Professor Sam Ejite Oyovbaire, as the elder statesman marks his 85th birthday, describing him as a distinguished scholar and patriot whose contributions to Nigeria’s development continue to inspire generations.
