ASABA/Nigeria: In a gracious gesture, Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm congratulations to the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the State, Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, on the occasion of his 60th birth anniversary, celebrated on February 4.
Governor Oborevwori, through a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba, lauded Esiso for his exceptional leadership, attributing the party’s triumphs and various personal achievements to his astute chairmanship.
Highlighting the PDP’s successful performance in multi-party elections under Esiso’s guidance, the Governor encouraged him to maintain transparency, equal opportunities, and a level playing field as the party gears up for future electoral battles.
Governor Oborevwori expressed his sentiments, stating, “As we look forward to future elections in the State, I urge you to sustain the transparency, equal opportunities and level playground that are necessary for consolidation of party democracy.”
Acknowledging Esiso’s entry into the league of elders, the Governor conveyed his pleasure, extending gratitude to the Almighty for the Chairman’s continued mercy, protection, and provision over the past 60 years.
He wished Esiso a joyous birthday celebration and offered prayers for many more years of good health and strength, envisioning the continued dominance of PDP as the primary political choice in Delta State under his steadfast leadership.
