The people of Etua Ukpo Community, Ndokwa West Local Government Area was filled with joy when some projects executed by the government of Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan, through the Delta State Oil Producing Area Commission, DESOPADEC was commissioned in the community. The Projects includes market with fans in the shops, borehole and six toilet building was commissioned by the Commissioner representing the people of Ndokwa Nation in DESOPADEC Sir Kenny Okolugbo. While 
commissioning the projects, he urged the community to maintain the 21M Naira project to justify why the government sited it in their place.
The Commission also commissioned two 300kva transformers installed at Afieze, Kwale including the rehabilitated/re-inforced electricity distribution network in Afieze he tasked the people of Kwale to appreciate further the Uduaghan led administration which is certainly finishing stronger than any state government in Nigeria. He announced the award of street light in Etua Etiti, transformer purchase and supply in Etua Oliego, Utagba unor, the construction of 6 classroom block at Utagba Ogbe girls grammar school, Construction of Civic centre, re-construction of 8 markets and so many other projects for Ndokwa west local government area.
Responding the Etua Ukpo community who were elated appreciated and prayed that more such projects be done in their area.
