Comrade Deinghan Ray Macaulay
The Delta state Peoples Democratic Party Publicity Secretary, Comrade Deinghan Ray Macaulay has called on politicians to ensure that they empower the people of their constituencies. Macaulay stated this at Warri on the occasion of empowerment scheme for Delta south senatorial district by Senator .J.E. Manager (CON).
In his remarks, he noted that this will enable their people to benefit in democracy dividends and this gestures is timely and will make the party faithful have less effort in campaigns of the forthcoming local government elections, adding that in so doing the Peoples Democratic Party would be more strong and acceptable in the state and that it will make Deltans to have more confidence in the party especially now that DISEC have brought out timetable for general election in the state.
