EFFURUN/Nigeria: Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has congratulated Hon. Edafe Emakpor on his emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate to represent Uvwie State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Ighomrore, in a congratulatory message, described Emakpor’s emergence as a reflection of the confidence, trust and acceptance he enjoys among party members and the people of Uvwie, noting that his endorsement for a second term was a reward for effective representation and commitment to the development of the constituency.
He commended the APC leadership and delegates for conducting a peaceful and transparent primary election, stressing that the outcome further demonstrated the party’s internal democracy and unity ahead of the 2027 polls.
