EFFURUN/Nigeria: The Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has congratulated Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, a leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a seasoned political figure whose experience continues to enrich public discourse in the state.
