ASABA/Nigeria: The Clan Otota of Irri Kingdom, Chief Sir Itiako Ikpokpo, has extended warm felicitations to Chief Matt Offeh, the Eni of Irri Kingdom, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, describing him as a pillar of unity and development within the community.

He described Chief Offeh as a man whose life has been shaped by determination and excellence, commending his enduring commitment to communal peace, development, and philanthropy in Irri Kingdom and beyond.
