ASABA/Nigeria: Former member of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Jude Ogbimi, has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his third anniversary in office, describing the milestone as a celebration of impactful leadership, sustained development, and remarkable achievements across the state.
In a statement issued on Friday, May 29, 2026, Ogbimi commended Governor Oborevwori for his steadfast commitment to the advancement of Delta State through the implementation of his MORE Agenda. He noted that the governor’s administration has recorded significant successes in infrastructure development, healthcare delivery, education, youth empowerment, and economic growth, positively impacting the lives of Deltans.
The former lawmaker said the governor’s people-centred approach to governance has earned him widespread acceptance and support across the state. According to him, the administration’s emphasis on continuity, transparency, and prudent management of resources has strengthened public confidence in government and accelerated development in both urban and rural communities.
Ogbimi further praised Governor Oborevwori for fostering peace, unity, and inclusiveness in governance, stressing that his ability to engage stakeholders and address the needs of the people has contributed immensely to the stability and progress being witnessed in Delta State. He added that the governor’s achievements within three years have justified the confidence reposed in him by the electorate.
