
ASABA/Nigeria: The Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has paid glowing tribute to the State Director of Protocol, Chief Sunday Onoriode, on the occasion of his birthday, commending his diligence, loyalty and outstanding professionalism in public service.
