ASABA/Nigeria: The Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has paid glowing tribute to former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Engr.) Victor Ochei, Esq., describing him as an exceptional leader and benefactor whose generosity and mentorship profoundly shaped his personal and public service journey.
In a heartfelt birthday message, Dr. Osuoza extolled Ochei as “a statesman of rare distinction” whose influence extends far beyond political office into the lives of individuals he has uplifted through deliberate acts of support and encouragement.

Dr. Osuoza also noted that his nomination as Honourable Commissioner during the administration of former Governor Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan was another significant demonstration of Ochei’s confidence in his capacity to serve.
