Dafinone Hails Asiodu’s Enduring Legacy at Book Launch Celebrating National Service

LAGOS/Nigeria: The Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Senator Ede Dafinone, has extolled the exceptional life and legacy of Izoma Philip C. Asiodu, CFR, describing him as a rare model of integrity, scholarship, and national service. Speaking as a co-presenter at the launch of the book A Legacy of Dedication and Service in Victoria Island, Lagos, Senator Dafinone said he was honoured to celebrate a statesman whose influence continues to shape Nigeria’s intellectual and administrative landscape.

The book, written by Patricia Otuedon-Arawore, chronicles Asiodu’s decades of distinguished service, capturing his commitment to public administration, nation-building, and the advancement of knowledge. The launch attracted eminent personalities and thought leaders who gathered to honour a man widely regarded as one of Nigeria’s most impactful technocrats.

Senator Dafinone praised Asiodu’s unwavering devotion to national development, noting that his contributions to governance and policy formulation remain a benchmark for effective leadership.
