ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has paid glowing tribute to his wife, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks her 56th birthday, acknowledging her prayers, counsel, and steadfast commitment to family life as a major source of strength and stability for his administration.

In a statement issued on Thursday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor expressed deep appreciation for the unwavering support and encouragement of the First Lady over the years, noting that her moral backing and consistent prayers played a significant role in their journey to becoming Delta State’s First Family.

Governor Oborevwori described Deaconess Tobore as a devout and compassionate mother whose influence extends beyond the home, saying her spiritual guidance and quiet leadership continue to positively impact governance and social harmony within the state.

He further commended her humanitarian interventions through her pet initiative, the You Matter Charity Foundation, which he said has continued to touch lives across Delta State, with special focus on widows, the elderly, other vulnerable persons, and children living with autism.

Felicitating her on behalf of their family, the government, and people of Delta State, the governor prayed for renewed strength, wisdom, and clarity of purpose for the First Lady as she discharges the responsibilities of her office.
