ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended birthday felicitations to the Vice Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government Area, Ms. Nneka Dibia, commending her dedication to public service and contributions to the development of the council area.
In a goodwill message to mark her birthday, Osuoza described Dibia as a committed public servant whose service and devotion have continued to support the progress of Aniocha North.
He wished the vice chairman good health, renewed strength and greater wisdom as she celebrates another year, expressing hope that the new chapter of her life would be marked by increased accomplishments and fulfilment.
According to the commissioner, Dibia’s commitment to grassroots development and service to the people remains worthy of recognition.
